Are there any set up fees?
No, if you choose one of our website packages you will have no up front fees to pay. The first payment will be taken 1 month from package agreement. Payment will be by direct debit.
Is there a minimum contract?
Yes. The contract is valid for a minimum of 15 months.
The contract will continue to run until such time as you give us 90 days notice of your intention to terminate and you can give notice at anytime after the contract has been running for 12 months.
Can I cancel my contract?
Your contract will run for at least 12 months, with a cancellation period of 3 months. This makes the minimum contract period 15 months. You cannot cancel the contract before the initial 12 month period has expired.
Can I change the design of my site if I don’t like it?
Yes, you can have up to 2 reviews and changes with our websites.
Do I own the copyright in the website?
We will own the copyright in the website and any content or images which we create or source on your behalf. If you provide us with your own content, images etc. then these will continue to be owned by you.
